Enterprise Platform Delivery

We build the platforms institutions run on.

Tessivant designs, implements and operates enterprise platforms for government and commercial organizations. Our founding practice is ServiceNow.

Core Principles

Two commitments, and everything else follows from them.

Principle One

Trust

In public sector work, trust is not a sentiment. It is procedural — showing up when scheduled, documenting decisions so they survive a change of staff, and telling a client the thing they would rather not hear while it is still cheap to hear it.

In practice: we will tell you when a scope does not need us, when a platform is the wrong answer to your problem, and when a deadline is not going to hold.

Principle Two

Value

Value is measured by what the platform does after we leave — not by hours billed while we are there. A system that works only while consultants are in the building has not been delivered. It has been rented.

In practice: we build so your team can run it, document so they can extend it, and treat our own eventual redundancy as the goal rather than a risk to be managed.

Capabilities

Platform work, end to end.

The platform changes. The discipline does not. We work across the full lifecycle — from architecture through implementation to the unglamorous business of keeping a system healthy after go-live.

Platform architecture

Data models, integration patterns and governance designed to survive scale and staff turnover — not just pass a demo.

Implementation & migration

New builds, phased rollouts and moves off legacy systems, sequenced so the organization keeps operating throughout.

Integration

Connecting the platform to the systems of record around it, so data stays authoritative in one place rather than three.

Managed services & advisory

Ongoing administration, release management and roadmap counsel for teams carrying a platform they inherited.

Founding Practice

ServiceNow, in depth.

ServiceNow is a platform organizations tend to buy quickly and configure slowly. Most of the value arrives long after the first module goes live — and that later work is where we do our best work.

The Practice Model

Built to add practices, not to be defined by one.

ServiceNow is where we begin, not what we are. The firm is structured around platform delivery as a discipline, so new practices attach to the same architecture, governance and delivery method rather than requiring us to become a different company.

Current practice

ServiceNow

Architecture, implementation, integration and managed services across the platform.

Planned

Cloud & infrastructure

Platform hosting, migration and modernization for organizations moving workloads off legacy infrastructure.

Planned

Cybersecurity

Security operations, risk and compliance workflows, and the controls that platform work increasingly has to satisfy.

Planned

Data & AI

Making the data an enterprise platform accumulates useful — reporting, analytics and applied automation.

Who We Serve

Two markets, one standard.

Public sector work carries obligations commercial work does not — procurement rules, documentation, accountability that outlasts any individual. We hold commercial engagements to the same standard, because that discipline is what makes platforms last.

Government

Federal, state and local agencies, and the primes and integrators who serve them. Available as a prime on appropriate scopes and as a subcontractor or teaming partner on larger programs.

Commercial

Enterprises running ServiceNow at scale, and organizations that need platform depth without adding permanent headcount to carry it.
