On being new
Tessivant is a young firm and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we bring is depth in a specific platform rather than breadth across many, and a principal who has delivered at enterprise scale rather than a bench of generalists. On scopes where that is the wrong shape, we will say so.

Engagement Models
Four ways to bring us onto a program.
Subcontractor to a prime
Our most common fit. A prime holds the vehicle and the relationship; we supply platform depth on the ServiceNow scope. We can support your proposal with a technical approach section and named key personnel.
Teaming partner
Formal teaming agreement where we contribute defined workshare and past-performance-relevant capability. We will negotiate scope and workshare in writing before proposal submission, not after award.
Prime on right-sized scopes
Task orders and standalone awards proportionate to a specialist firm — assessments, module implementations, integration work, managed administration.
Direct commercial contract
For state, local and commercial buyers outside federal acquisition, a straightforward services agreement with defined deliverables and acceptance criteria.
What we ask for in an RFI or RFQ response
To respond usefully rather than generically, the things that most help us are:
- The platform's current state. Version, modules in production, roughly how long it has been live, and whether it has been upgraded on schedule.
- The actual problem. Not the requested solution. "Requests take three weeks to route" tells us more than "we need workflow redesign."
- Who owns it internally. Whether there is a platform owner, an admin team, or nobody in particular — this changes the shape of the answer more than any technical detail.
- Constraints that are real. Authority to operate status, data residency, accessibility obligations, and any fixed dates that are genuinely fixed.
Accessibility and compliance
Work delivered for federal customers is built to meet Section 508 obligations and the applicable WCAG success criteria for the deliverable in question. Where a platform's out-of-the-box behaviour falls short, we will tell you before the work starts rather than at acceptance. Our own site is described on the accessibility page.
