Accessibility statement
What we commit to on this site, and what we commit to in the work we deliver.
This website
This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. In practice that means semantic HTML structure, a visible keyboard focus indicator on every interactive element, a skip-to-content link, colour contrast ratios tested against AA thresholds in both light and dark presentations, text that reflows without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels, and respect for the operating system's reduced-motion preference.
We have tested with keyboard navigation and automated tooling. We have not yet completed testing with every major screen reader, and we would rather say so than claim conformance we have not verified.
Delivered work
Work delivered for federal customers is built to meet Section 508 obligations under the Revised 508 Standards, which incorporate WCAG 2.0 Level AA as the applicable technical standard for web content and software.
Where a commercial platform's out-of-the-box behaviour does not meet those obligations — which does happen, and is not always fixable through configuration — we will identify it in writing before work begins rather than at acceptance. An Accessibility Conformance Report can be provided for deliverables where one is required.
Reporting a problem
If any part of this site is difficult or impossible to use, tell us and we will fix it. Please include the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using.
